Greenhouse Crop Technicians Course
This is an ideal course for those students who want to pursue a more technical investigation in to the subject of commercial hydroponic crop growing.
The course runs for four and a half days and is designed with both a theoretical and practical component structure. As the course is delivered in Chisholm's National Precision Growing Centre, students are able to work in real life criops as well as accessing data on climate control systems that is in real time.

Full and part time training options
New entrants to the industry are able to apply for formal courses of study at Chisholm Institute's Cranbourne Campus.
The Certificate 3 and Certificate 4 courses are currently taking enrolments for students who wish to study both full and part time.
This training is highly flexible and has a blended learning approach where students study through formal classes, online learning and practical experience.
The certificate 3 course runs for approx 5 months with the Certificate 4 course taking approx 10 months to complete.

Our popular introduction to Computerised Climate Control course is set to run again on Friday the 31st of May.
This is a great course if you are looking to gain a firm understanding of how these systems operate. The course is run at our National Precision Growing Centre which also allows each student to have their own computer terminal to train with and really get to grips with navigating the systems.
